I burnt a few hours waiting for an Airpods repair after the right bud had a super bizarre issue where it wouldn’t connect half the time, but also it had a venting issue (pressure would build up in my air, instead of being equalized). I did a chat with them in the morning where they mentioned that they would send a box, but I could go in store. They could not. I waited 2 hours for the store to essentially just mail them to Apple anyways. Stupid as shit.
